***Location: This role requires working from our Rutherford, NJ office two days per week.***

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Production: Assist in storyboarding, location scouting, scheduling, and organizing gear
- Production: Support live shoots, set up and operate video, audio, and lighting equipment
- Post-Production: Edit event footage, internal videos, and presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud; apply graphics, captions, and audio cleanup
- Project Delivery: Export and deliver final assets for internal platforms, presentations, and social media
- Equipment Management: Help maintain and manage video equipment inventory and support safe setup/teardown
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: Entry-level (1 year of direct experience in videography/editing preferred)
- Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Cloud, camera/audio gear setup, video editing basics
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and eager to learn
