Videographer & Storyteller – Full-Time (In-Person)
Location: Doral, FL (Miami HQ)
Compensation: $50,000 yearly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility for shoot days on Saturday)

We are hiring a Videographer with also interest in photography to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for story-telling and aesthetics who is also ready to focus fully on a single brand—bringing visuals to life through creative eye, strong technical ability, and a passion for creating experiences.
You will work closely with our content, marketing, and brand teams to produce high-impact visuals across campaigns, product features, behind-the-scenes moments, and a weekly YouTube vlog. A deep understanding of lighting, composition, and brand aesthetics is key.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production
– Film and edit a weekly YouTube vlog showcasing the brand’s behind-the-scenes moments and campaigns
– Capture and edit high-quality video content for marketing, social, and product launches
– Photograph product, lifestyle, and BTS moments as needed
– Support with on-set setup, lighting, and shot direction
Creative Execution
– Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to translate brand vision into strong visuals
– Work closely with team leads to understand priorities, timelines, and shot lists
– Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and aesthetic direction
Post-Production & Delivery
– Handle editing, color correction, sound design, and formatting for multiple platforms
– Organize and archive raw footage, selects, and final assets
– Ensure all content is delivered on time and optimized for intended use

Candidate Profile– 2–4 years of professional experience in videography and photography
– Skilled in lighting techniques, camera operation, and visual composition
– Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and related tools
– Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
– Highly organized with strong communication and project management skills
– Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Passionate about creative work and focused on delivering high-quality results
– Interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
