Lead and coordinate construction projects remotely using digital tools and platforms. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring project success through virtual collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects through digital platforms
- Coordinate with on-site supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review and approve project documentation and change orders
- Lead virtual team meetings and progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve project conflicts and maintain risk management plans
- Generate reports and analytics for project tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years construction project management experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations
- Proven remote team management experience
- Excellence in digital communication and virtual collaboration

Base salary: $95,000 – $135,000 DOE
