VP Program Manager
About your role:
As the VP of Program Management at Fiserv, you will lead and manage complex, high-impact projects that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with Fiserv's strategic objectives and deliver value to our clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the company maintains its leadership position in the financial services industry by delivering innovative solutions efficiently and effectively.
What you will do:
Lead and oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of multiple high-impact programs.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure all program requirements, project objectives, and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Develop and implement best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Monitor program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive change.
Ensure program risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated.

Experience you will need to have:
12+ years of experience in program management.
12+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams.
12+ years of experience in project management methodologies.
12+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
Proven track record in the financial services industry.
Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
PMP or similar project management certification.
Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
