- Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Genesys Configuration Specialist responsible for the setup,
- configuration, and maintenance of Genesys Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a
- strong background in Genesys Cloud administration, focusing on system configuration,
- integration, and support within contact center environments.
- Responsibilities
- · Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions to meet organizational
- requirements.
- · Develop and configure Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and middleware
- solutions to enable seamless integration with other systems.
- · Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications, ensuring seamless
- communication and data flow.
- · Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing optimizations as needed.
- · Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud-related issues.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system configurations with business
- objectives.
- · Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and
- compliance.
- · Train end-users and administrators on effective use of Genesys Cloud features.
- Qualifications
- · Minimum of 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud administration and
- configuration.
- · Proficiency in developing and configuring Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and
- middleware solutions.
- · Experience with system integration, including working with RESTful APIs and
- middleware.
- · Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications
- · Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- · Familiarity with networking concepts and security principles.
- · Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX or related technologies.
