About the role

As a Python Developer at Silent Eight, you should be familiar with Python programming language and related libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage applications using Python.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain Python applications for AML solutions.
2. Implement and optimize machine learning models, including large language models.
3. Integrate ML models into production environments in collaboration with data scientists and cross-functional teams.
4. Design frameworks for data integration, validation, and quality checks.
5. Manage the full ML pipeline from preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
6. Build prototypes to support product development for customers and stakeholders.
7. Process large-scale structured and unstructured data for ML initiatives.
8. Ensure applications and models are robust, scalable, and efficient.
9. Provide technical support and troubleshoot ML and Python-related issues.
10. Follow best practices in coding, MLOps, and DataOps.
11. Assist teams with proof-of-concept projects.

Qualification

Education: Graduation or post graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related domain.

Experience: No prior experience required; experience is a plus.

Skills

• Proficient in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Skilled in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Strong in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model assessment.
• Experience handling large datasets and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools for automating workflows and deployment.
• Ability to develop data integration and validation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and technical explanation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data ecosystems.
