Delivery Managers are responsible for oversight of resources and workflow in their respective functional areas and play a critical role in ensuring delivery of world-class customer experience. As Delivery Manager of the Talent/Compensation/Recruiting/Learning Pillar, you must be Workday Certified in one (or more) of the following functional areas: Talent, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting.We will count on you to:
- Act as people leader to a team of consultants providing support to
- Triage incoming client tickets in order to provide initial estimates
- Oversee in-flight tickets assigned to your team, ensuring timeliness
- Provide support for ticket escalations as needed which may include
- Act as a Product Lead or SME, responsible for knowledge sharing,
- Assist Regional Success Leaders and Customer Success Managers in
- Meet utilization targets through triage process as well as through

What you need to have:
- Active Workday Certification in either Talent, Advanced Compensation
- 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant at the

\$223,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience,
skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which
