Job Details
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless daily operations
- Anticipate needs and act with initiative to support executive priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- The role is entirely on-site in Palo Alto, CA (no remote option), and candidates with a degree are preferred.
